The program is made up of 8 weekly sessions each lasting 50 minutes. It is interactive, completely confidential and can be completed at any time that suits you. Because it is online, Beating the Blues can be accessed via your mobile, tablet or computer.

Beating the Blues is funded in New Zealand by the Ministry of Health and implementation is consistent with evidence-based best practice guidelines.
