- Log onto www.ManageMyHealth.co.nz
- Under the activation code box, you will see an option “If you have forgotten your Activation Code Click here”.
- Click on “Click Here”
- Enter your E-mail Address
- Enter the characters displayed in the picture
- Click on the Email Activation Code
- Go to your email account open the email and follow the instructions.
